Volunteer & Equipment Deposit
A $250 football and/or $125 cheer Equipment refundable deposit per player and a $175 Volunteer refundable deposit per family for the 2018 season.
The Stoney Creek Junior Cougars rely upon the hands of family volunteers to provide our players and cheerleaders with a positive, fun and safe experience. To make this happen, each family is responsible for successfully completing a minimum of four (4) volunteer sessions prior to the end of the season. We are requiring two (2) of the four (4) volunteer sessions to be dedicated to volunteering with the concession team. Your deposit check will be securely filed. At the end of the season, your deposit check will be shredded unless otherwise requested. Please know that your check will be handled with extreme care and security and will never be deposited without prior knowledge.
For the 2018 season, the SCJC association has invested in high-quality cheer uniforms, football jerseys and pants, shoulder pants and five-star rated helmets. The uniforms and equipment will be loaned to your child(ren) for use throughout the season. After the season ends, all of the provided materials are to be returned to the association.
Upon submitting the check, your child will receive their equipment. Your deposit check will then be securely filed. At the end of the season, your deposit check will be shredded in exchange for your player's equipment unless otherwise requested. Please know that your check will be handled with extreme care and security and will never be deposited without prior knowledge. Equipment will NOT be issued without submitting the mandatory deposit check, NO EXCEPTIONS!
All Volunteer & Equipment Deposits are due prior to the start of practice on TBD. If a deposit is not made, your child(ren) will NOT be allowed to participate at practice. At the end of the season and after confirmation of successful completion of volunteer sessions and the return of ALL loaned equipment, your full deposit will be refunded to you.
